    100% Lanka Soy Soya Meat Chicken Flavor 120g Protein Textured Jumbo Pack New
    Method of preparation
    :
    Soy in salted  hot water for 5 minutes and strain  away the excess water.
    Wash with cold water and squeeze soya thoroughly.
    Add flavor mix (flavor mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it maintain 3 minutes.
    Heat oil (10ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampa, curry leaves, onions and green chilies.
    Add marinated soya and  temper for 3 minutes.
    Add 1 cup of water (200ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
